FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

ORDERING
Can I order over the telephone?
Yes. Just call freephone 08000 734 730 and we will take your order and answer any of your questions. We are open Mon – Fri 9am – 5.30pm, Sat 9am – 5pm
How do I know you have got my order?
After you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email. Should you not receive a confirmation email please contact us by telephone.
Can I cancel/amend my order?
Please email or telephone us. We regret we are unable to cancel or amend an order within 24 hours of despatch.
PRODUCTS
Will the products look exactly the same as the picture?
Due to seasonal variations we are unable to guarantee that the product will look identical, however we always substitute products of the same or higher value.
Can I have different flowers or colours to those illustrated?
If you have particular flowers of colours that you would like included we will do our best to fulfil your wishes. Please state in the Special Requests box your preferences.
Do you provide details on how to look after the flowers?
A care card and where appropriate a sachet of flower food are included with the flowers.
Do prices include VAT and delivery?
All our prices include delivery and VAT, the price you see is the price you pay, there are no hidden extras.
Can I send my order anonymously?
Yes. The only details the recipient receives about the sender is the card message. Please tell us in the Special Requests box that you wish the order to by anonymous.
DELIVERY
Do you delivery on Saturdays and Sundays?
No. Due to the prohibitive courier delivery charges we are unable to offer this service.
Do you delivery on Bank Holidays?
We are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays or the day after a Bank Holiday.
Can I specify a timed delivery?
We are unable to carry out timed deliveries
What time are deliveries made?
Flower deliveries are usually made between the hours of 9am and 5.30pm and are usually in the morning however this is not guaranteed.
What happens if the recipient is not at home?
The courier will try to leave them in a secure place or with a neighbour, if this is not possible then a card will be left asking the recipient to contact the courier to arrange a suitable delivery time.
How much is delivery?
The cost of the delivery is included in the price.

What payment cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards – Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Solo, Maestro and Nochex
When is payment taken?
Your credit/debit card will be charged when you place your order.
Is your site secure?
Our order pages are protected by 128- bit encryption technology and your card payment is processed by Nochex.
PRIVACY
Will my information be sold to third parties?
We will never share any information you provide with anyone.
